The License Policy for BuouUI Templates.
BuouUI Template Usage Agreement
This agreement governs the usage of BuouUI templates, ensuring proper use and protecting the rights of the copyright owner. Please carefully read this agreement before downloading or using any templates. By using the templates, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Definitions
- "BuouUI" refers to the copyright owner of the BuouUI templates.
- "Template" refers to any source code, design files, component libraries, or related content provided by BuouUI.
- "End Product" means the final product delivered to a client or user, which incorporates the template or its derivatives.
- "Client" means a single entity that the licensee may transfer the End Product to in exchange for services.
- "End User" refers to the individual or entity that uses the End Product.
2. License Types
2.1 Standard License
The Standard License allows you to use the template in one End Product for personal use or for a client. The End Product must be distributed for free and cannot be monetized.
You Can: ✅
- Use the template in one End Product for yourself.
- Use the template in one End Product for a client, transferring the license along with the End Product to the client.
- Modify or combine the template with other works to create a derivative product.
You Cannot: ❌
- Use the template in an End Product that is sold, licensed, or monetized in any way.
- Use the template in more than one unique End Product (a "single application" license).
- Re-distribute the template's source code, even in modified form.
- Use the template in any application that allows users to generate derivative products, such as theme builders or code generators.
- Allow the End User of the End Product to access the template's source code separately from the End Product.
2.2 Extended License
The Extended License allows you to use the template in one End Product for personal or client use, including End Products that are sold or monetized.
You Can: ✅
- Use the template in one End Product for yourself.
- Use the template in one End Product for a client, transferring the license along with the End Product to the client.
- Use the template in an End Product that is sold, such as SaaS applications or subscription-based products.
- Modify or combine the template with other works to create a derivative product.
You Cannot: ❌
- Use the template in more than one unique End Product (a "single application" license).
- Re-distribute the template's source code, even in modified form.
- Use the template in any application that allows users to generate derivative products, such as theme builders or code generators.
- Allow the End User of the End Product to access the template's source code separately from the End Product.
3. Prohibited Uses
The following actions are strictly prohibited under any license:
- Directly reselling the template or any of its derivatives on third-party platforms.
- Using the template to create competing products, such as other templates or starter kits.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of BuouUI.
4. Termination of License
BuouUI reserves the right to terminate your license if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must remove all instances of the template from your End Products and cease its usage immediately.
5. Ownership and Liability
- The template remains the intellectual property of BuouUI. This agreement grants a license for use but does not transfer ownership.
- The template is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. BuouUI is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from its use.
6. Acceptance
Purchase to obtain a Standard license. For an Extended license, please contact Buou Team. By downloading or using the template, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
